"help with dizziness side effect"

My dad has been taking DCA for stage IV pancreatic cancer for about one month now. He is taking 1/8 of a teaspoon twice a day, on for five days off for two. He is experiencing extreme dizziness. He doesn't even feel like he can get out of bed and walk. He is also taking the benefotiamine 150 mg per day and alpha lipoic acid 900 mg a day. Has anyone else experienced this? What do you think I should do? I'm afraid to stop the DCA because his cancer has already spread to his liver and he has been unable to take chemo for the past week. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Kare,

Has your father had any blood work - to see if his electrolytes are out of balance?

I would add omega 3 (EPA/DHA) three grams each at least per day. Black Cumin Seed Oil is another oil that aids with initiating apoptosis. http://www.drkowalski.com/blseoi8ozamh.html

Vitamin D3 is also important for all cancers. The immune system can't function properly without enough of it.

Take care,
Sandra

Please also see this paper on pancreatic cancer:

You can get LDN without a prescription. Information is in this thread:

Warm wishes,

Thank you Sandra for your response. I am adding omega 3 to my dad's daily supplements. He has been taking the Vitamin D3. I also am going to try and get the LDN. I live in the US and so am having trouble now even getting the DCA which seems to be helping my dad. Since he started taking it about June 27th or so he has not had anymore pain associated with his cancer and is off all pain medications. He hasn't had a CT scan yet so I'm not sure about tumor size. I appreciate so much all your posts and your wealth of information! I'm not sure how people living in the US are getting their DCA if you know the answer to that I would love to know! Thanks again, Kare
