"Dad has Pancreatic Cancer mets to liver. I need advice"
 
   My father has pancreatic cancer that has met to the liver. He was treated with gym and splatin (don't know the exact spelling.) This therapy was working and decreased the size of the tumors by ~20%. Unfortunately he was so sick that the doctor felt he couldn't take the toxicity, so he was placed on gemcytamine only. That didn't work on his last scan the tumors had grown. He obviously has pn because he has numbness in his feet and his hands shake. The doctor now is placing him on the chemo Pill.
I found this site just a week ago and have ordered the DCA. He is now taking: B1 400mg, alpha lipoic acid 600mg, Cimetedine 1000mg, and Royal Jelly. We are awaiting the DCA.

Could anyone recommend a good protocol to follow? Do I need to add or subtract anything from this regiment?

My Father weighs 155 lbs.

I learnt from this sites ' alternative therapies' page that oleander soup or anvirzel is good for pancreatic ca. keep up reading.

Posted on a good friend with this issue who I worked with while my wife was fighting stage IV lung cancer. He went on her protocols and his Markers dropped from the thousands to 70's. He was doing really well on DCA, alkalining protocols and the budwig diet (a form of) we did not do sourkraut.

I saw him one day drinking soda pop and asked him what he was doing - - bad news obviously not to mention pop is big time acidic. He decided he did not need the protocols or DCA becuase his doctor promised him a cocktail to cure him for good. I lost my friend over a doctor who thought he was the reason Gary was doing so much better than the other 30 patients in his study.

DCA works and cancer cells dont like a good protocol that hinders their environment so take it away and keep your eye on the prize at all times. Stay on the protocols that work and keep your spirits up! you can beat this thing.
