My mother has bile duct cancer CA 19-9 was approx 1100 after taking DCA for a month it spiked to 3300.The Onc. said my mothers liver fuction improved when it was bad.
Seems the info is contradictory.
I don't know if it is caused by apoptosis or if the tumor has increased growth rate. She will have a CT scan in 3 months.
She is also taking North American Paw Paw twig extract not sure if they are compatible.
It would be good to find out so we can make any adjustments, every day counts.
