Hello,My mum had diagnosed breast cancer 2 years ago. She resigned from standard chemotherapy after she had bad experiences with earlier chemo treatment (7 years ago she was successfully operated for the large intestine cancer and then got chemo which caused some side effects including diabetes and spinal cord damage). For the last 2 years we were trying lots of various alternative methods but none of them proved successful. She even had a partial remission for some period but then the tumor started slowly re-grow.
Recently the situation got worse when water started gathering around her lung (pleura) on the tumor side. Doctor said that the tumor roots must have pierced to pleura and that's why it's getting water. That's when we decided to introduce DCA therapy based on DCA+caffeine+B1 vitamin protocol and other available atm materials. On the bright side is that her lung as well as as other organs became clean although she has one smaller metastasis to the lymphatic glands near the armpit (it was there since the beginning, that is, 2 years). Today she had done receptors test (estrogen, progesteron & her2) and it turned to be negative what broken us down because we hoped mum could be treated with less toxic drugs for hormonal-dependant tumors.
The NaDCA therapy was started on the 23th April with following regimen:
- NaDCA 10mg/kg, 5 days a week and then 2 days pause for taking some herbs and antioxidants
- Vitamin B1 500mg 5 days a week and 250mg for the other 2 days
- 12 bags of black tea daily (less when no DCA is taken)
- Omega3, 1 capsule a day
- Befungin, 30ml 3 times a day (90ml)
- Alveo, 40ml 3 times a day (120ml)
- lemon juice and soda solution to keep her pH close to 7.0 (I just bought "Alkala N" for this)
- MMS as additional support
No side effects have been experienced but also no health improvement as of today. I know DCA needs some time to work and we should wait at least 1 month to see any effects.
USG examination done before starting the therapy showed the tumor is 33x30x20mm size. Tomorrow I'll be visiting my mum in hospital (she is there to get rid of that water and doing additional examinations) and will try to measure it. Last time I did it (after the therapy was introduced) it seemed to me a bit smaller but I'm not a specialist and my checking could be wrong.
I'm going to increase the daily NaDCA dose up to 12mg/day for my mum but I also have a question. I'm trying to set everything in the best possible way and I'd like to ask if anyone of you also suffers breast cancer and using DCA? What doses have been used, how long DCA have been used and what results it brought?
Best wishes to you all.
Reading some of your posts I'm really impressed how much you are brave and determined with your struggles. I do believe it will pay back with the great victory some day.
