"metastatic postate to brAin, lungn spinal fluid"
 
   My husbands cancer has gone wild. He has been in the hospital for 7 days now. He has lost speech, cannot eat. His prognosis poor. I am getting some dca into him.. I am afrid to mention dca to his docs. Anyone else have this situation? I am so lost and scared. My husabd wants the dca and believes in it. Thank you to anyone with info for me or their experience.

Hi Shari,

So sorry to hear of your husband's very aggressive cancer. You are not alone in being afraid to mention using DCA to the doctors, but I think you are very brave for at least giving it a try. It's also a good sign that your husband still wants to fight this disease and DCA will give him some hope to have a chance to beat it.

   Hello Sandra,
My children and I are devistated. My problem has been he cannot swallow to i deliver thru his iv. He has a feeding tube as well. I am very concerned how acute he has become in the hospital. He is non responsive to some stimuli. It could be the drugs, he has 2 chest tubes. The docs virtually told me there is no use. So I am using what I have. I have also given him b17 and have b12 but not sure if that can be given iv. Anyone? How about alpha lipoicor B1?
Thank you for your compassion. Any help or suggestions.

Hi Shari,

You might want to try using a whey protein to feed your husband. I think a very good brand is Immunocal (or HMS 90 in Canada) because it uses unheated milk to start with.

   Thank you fo rthe suggestion but Bill is still in the hospital. He has a fast heart rate lately, can that be from DCA?

   Hi Shari,

There is B1 in ampuls for intra veneus use, but every liquid for intra veneus use can be taken orally. Maybe you can put it trough his tube along with the DCA and liquid fish oil (We use Eskimo3 fishoil in bottles). I hope this has been of any help. Keep fighting, I know it's hard to see your husband in that condition. Everyone here is praying for everyone. Bless you.
