At present since www.buyDCA.com site is offline, you can buy from http://pharma-dca.com/
or alternately, get your doctor to prescribe it and buy it from a compounding pharmacy. The new paper on the clinical trial has been published showing efficacy in humans so there should be NO reason why a doctor should refuse you this request on compassionate grounds for a dying patient.
