"DCAadvice Fraud"
 |
LAST EDITED ON Nov-01-07 AT 11:53 PM (PST) Folks,I have in my hands a sample of the substance being sold by DCAadvice.com. It smells like some kind of Comet toilet cleanser (perfumey and strong) and has the consistency and feel of talcum powder. It gave me a headache after sniffing it 4x (I was trying to identify what it was). This is absolutely NOT DCA. I firmly believe that this NOT only be breathed in, but it definitaly should NOT be ingested. It could be highly toxic or lethal. (If it is talc, talc itself is cancer-causing.) The package was sent to us by a customer of ours who bought "DCA" from DCAadvice.com. On the mailing package from DCAadvice.com, the "To" and "Return" addresses were crudely written and the contents of the powder were in an old, cruddy garlic salt bottle (with the label poorly peeled off). It is HIGHLY DANGEROUS and HIGHLY UNETHICAL to sell unknown substances as something else. The man running the site has NO proof of what he is doing, no lab information, and a poor, false website. Because DCAadvice.com is based in Canada, the US authorities cannot come after him. Please alert anyone who might fall victim to this scam. We are very concerned that people could be hurt by this fraud. Photo of items: http://www.thedcasite.com/DCAadvice_com_selling_talcum_powder.html Heather, Forum Moderator

Frank wrote, >Ok, I have been following this forum since the beginning. > This I doubt very much :-) > >Jim Tassano thinks he is making real naDCA, but in fact it's >not naDCA. It's something that looks like naDCA. If it was >REAL naDCA, the people who ingested it would be long dead, >because after all it's a toxic compound. C'mon Frank, if you were at all familiar with this site you would know that NaDCA has been used in hospitals for 30 years, to treat infants with lactate acidosis. Please don't feed the troll :-) Parachute |

Let's set the record straight here once and for all! I have a prescription for DCA which I filled and then was unable to fill because of pressure from Dr. Michelakis. See my posts 11 and 12 from this thread. http://www.thedcasite.com/cgi/dcboard.cgi?az=show_thread&om=8&forum=DCForumID13&viewmode=all I then acquired my DCA from buyDCA.com. I can assure everyone, the color, taste, consistency was the same as the DCA I got from my pharmacist. I took this for 5 months - it is NOT talcum powder and it did not arrive in a used garlic salt bottle like the stuff from DCAadvice.com. If that's not enough, do some homework on the unscrupulous domain registration tactics the DCAadvice guy uses. He hides one domain with another, etc., etc.... The mark of a scammer! END OF DISCUSSION! |
