"Lien passed away at 6:30 AM April 5th"
 |
It grieves me so much to let folks know that Lien passed away after a terrible fight with two ill - timed chemo's. She and I both believed cancer cannot kill you but the treatments can and sure enough they did. Lien believed cancer is not the greatest danger to our lives and to be smart - very very alert to any kindness shown by those who have your best interest at heart while truly believing cancer that is advanced will win. Get as far away from them as possible and DONT YOU BUY INTO IT! I dont care what they say we both found out it was NOT TRUE! Get home and stay out of hospice /hospital care if its at all possible - learn about the numbers and how to read them. You can do better than some nurse following a chart if your the care giver and know your loved one better than they do but you have to know when that time is obviously. Facts: Lien was told no one had lived passed 8 months with her diagnoses by the Cancer Care Alliance folks - not one single person ever! Three years later Lien made it into a confirmed remission last year but when she stopped her DCA, Budwig and Alkalizing protocols the cancer came back. Liens cancer was half of what it was in November until she was sedated and wiped out by bad chemos. Lien had 100% oxygen two days before she died Lien had average blood pressure until the end Lien was exercising two days before she died - 25 sit ups and 15 leg lifts and not one cough! The treatment center gave her a chemo when her blood was critically low. The treatment center gave her a chemo a second time in a row even after it put her in the hospital the first time Like the first chemo with the new drug the second chemo took her blood - red and white and removed her immune systems chance to fight Her Doctor of three years 6 months was on vacation both times Lien was admitted from his treatments! He did not even call and give condolences! Christ only knows what he was thinking or those he left in charge - they must have had their heads up their be-hinds to give her that chemo with such low blood counts. DCA did work for over three years and counting. Alternative treatments like the budwig diet, alkalizing the system, organics, juicing, no red meat or pork or Turkey meat, lots of Vitamin D, coQ10, Black tea with cinnamon with DCA, etc.
These ideas are real and they work very well. Some folks in advanced cancer care work are there to help you die well not to live well. They are awesome people but very few of them truly believe you will succeed after years of exposure to the horrid attrition and death rates due to chemo and radiation failures. We love you all very much and I will continue to fight by your side. Next month I march for lung cancer and health and will be pushing Liens chair with her Name and picture in it for all to see she fights on even after death. PLEASE NOTE: Lien has asked that I make a room downstairs in our home available to anyone with Cancer that needs help. Its not a palace but its your home if you need it to be. If you are coming to Seattle for treatments or want to but cannot afford a place to live while here please let us help you with a roof over your head and some good care giving while your here getting treatment.
FYI I am finishing up a book on Liens behalf to give what facts I have on this journey and to list some amazing information and her complete protocol with supporting numbers. There will be a lot of things that we hope will help others in this struggle. I never want to hear another adult or baby cry out because of cancer again - Never! I am not sure how I will make it available to folks but I really want to make sure you know how much we love you all and that there really is no sacrifice to large to help our brothers and sisters of the cancer tribe. God Bless Us All O Oracle |

Oracle, I have been following your story from the beginning on this site. No one has fought harder than you and Lien, in my opinion. I am so sorry to hear about this. Maybe what you have learned and will put in your book will be of great help to many people. |

Thank you so much I cry every day and every night but know she is with me still. A strange connection that is so hard to explain but its there and very real to me. The struggle goes on against not only the decease but the nasty options given to those we love. Babies, mothers, children, fathers and friends. All who have to suffer from a loss or from the fight know they did not pass without giving it everything they had or know they still live and will fight on. I salute you all. I cannot stop the fight so for me its just the beginning of things to come. I love everyone of you with every part of my being and will never turn my back or walk away from any of you. You are my sisters and brothers so thank you very much for your kind words. God Bless Us All O Oracle |

After my post her doctor called me telling me of his shock to know Lien had passed away in his absence. He never thought this was going to happen to her and said he was so depressed he simply could not call. God Bless him for finally ending the silence and finally saying something kind about Lien. Lien was registered to walk May 2nd in a Walk for lung cancer so she will be with me in the chair in the form of a picture and her comfy T-Shirt. On that walk will be her son, her husband, her oncologist Dr. Chen and others from my company Concur who are dedicating this walk to Lien. If you want to sponsor me or Lien please go to LINK TO SPONSOR: http://www.mrsnv.com/evt/home.jsp?id=2730 GO to the link - choose sponsor - type in Lien Lovett and then see --> Click on the walker's name ______________________________________________________ Name -- >> Lien Lovett ______________________________________________________ even a $1.00 is ok I just want us all to let Lien know she was apart of a bigger family. DCA was a huge part of her survival kit as was her other protocols that I am positive is she had of stayed with it she would still be here today on her way into remission.
Whatever you folks do - stay the course and defer to DCA over chancing an early death from Chemo = Chemo can work but dont get caught up in the other parts of cancer and loose sight of these protocols - they WORK! If they didn't then how could Lien or others here have lasted way beyond what chemo has to offer. Never stop fighting - stay smart be aware of the "your dead" perspectives because they will kill you with kindness. Lien told me she was sorry for letting people here down by getting into so much trouble after the bad chemo's - I told her you were no like that and loved her and were proud of her for being so brave. Please if you are alone call me and you wont be anymore! I swear to all of you I will fight by your side as fiercely as I possibly can. Soon I will have CancerTribe.org online with this site and Liens Picture on it. There will be letters and other stories so her fight against cancer will never die. Lien really loved the people here anyway I will end this by saying if you need some help with anything just give me a call or an email or let our beloved brother Jim know. God Bless Us All O Oracle |

Dear Oracle, After a month, this morning, when I posted a message, I saw that Lien passed away. It is a big shock for me. I want to express my deep condolences. You guys did everything, and now this. I am speechless. I am completely speechless. This makes me think, if there is a life after life. I think there is something, way bigger. Otherwise the life would be pointless. Be strong! Vladimir |

Dear Oracle, I am so sorry to hear of Lien's passing from this earth. You both fought long and hard- and you led, encouraged , and inspired all of us who are caregivers. Lien and you were heroes to us all. Please know how many lives your brave battle has prolonged, by your knowledge base and research, that you have so selflessly shared with us all. I too, have followed your story- from the beginning. My husband was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiforme in July 2006.I have witnessed the stories on this site from its inception. Like Lien, my husband has outlived a very pessimistic diagnosis, I believe because he started taking DCA in Feb 2007. And like Lien, he has had many ups and downs in this battle. When I was feeling down, and needed encouragement, I would always come to this site, to try to find encouragement. And, I always found it in you and Lien. Yours was probably the greatest love story I have ever read. It reflects so many of us, as it is only through this illness, that we have all really come to understand what is truly important to us. With each post you wrote, your love for Lien and your love and appreciation of this universe effervesced. You two are my inspiration. I have dreaded the day that I would check in to this site and see this message. But it is my belief, that she is now your guide. And I know that she will guide you miraculously. We are all here temporarily- but please know that yours and Liens visit has blessed everyone here with humanity, strength, knowledge, courage, and beauty. I thank you both. Lee Ann

Thanks you for your words. I am crying and asking myself why I didnt do more for her. Its so hard to hold a tiny precious life in your hands and feel it fade so quickly. She simply was gone when I put her head back to the pillow. I went as far as I could with her and have to try and find a way to carry on for our son. I loved her so much and her me. She really did many first time things to help others thinking she had only this left to give so thank you for those words and never give up and never allow death to creep into your minds and you will find your loved one will be with you for many more years. If you want to pay your respects she is at: http://www.cancertribe.org I want to have pictures of all our warrior tribe there beside her. I love you all so much. God Bless Us All O Oracle |
