"Hi everyone..."
 
   My dad was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in Jan 09, he finished his chemo and radiation in May 09. While taking treatment my dad lost about 70lbs and in addition to the pain and suffering he went through the treatment did not work, and it actually spread to his liver. His Dr. gave him 12 months to live. We were devistated. I came across this website and was very excited about the testimonials I read, so I orderd a months supply. He has been taking dca for 2 weeks now with no side effects. I will let everyone know if things change for him. I prayed that God would heal my dad I hope this is the answer I was looking for.

p.s. Due to the radiation the bottom of his lung is filled with fluid which makes him cough all night so he only gets about 3 solid hours of sleep at night. Any suggestions that might help reduce the fluid?

Hi Niki,

Hope DCA is the answer for your dad. Lung cancer seems to respond well to it. Please see if there is someone at the hospital who will drain the fluid from your dad's lungs. That way he'll be able to breathe better, get rested, and heal. You may also ask them to provide oxygen for him, which will take some stress off his lungs.

   Hi , Im from Armenia /caucasus/
My dad has the same problem as yours /lung cancer/. But here is also another problem - he has problems with heart, so the docots could not do chemo or operation or other things.
If you have interested the DCA has negative affects for the heart or no?
and please periodiccaly inform about your father health,, as I would like to try this medicament also.

   From what I have read so far, there is no danger for people with heart problems. On the contrary, there might be some benefit.

"Although long-term studies are lacking, short-term parenteral administration of DCA appears to be safe and capable of significantly improving myocardial function in conditions of limited oxygen availability by increasing the efficient conversion of myocardial substrate fuels into energy."

Yes, and Dr. Michelakis (who released the DCA study for cancer) is a cardiologist - he had been using DCA for his patients when he got the idea to try it for cancer.

   Thank you for your answers.
I also hope that for dad of our friend the DCa will be usefull.
Please tell me how can I buy it from Canada, I have heard that it exist in Russia but You know that in Russia there are many shams and I’m afraid that it will be not the real medicament.
So I would like to get the real DCA from the place of it's creation.
