"SIS (Super Immune System)"
 
   I have been doing research on cancer for a few weeks now, so I am no expert. I dont have cancer but about 10 years ago I had the #5 killer (TB).
Back then when I was diagonesd I got the sad doctor faces, I was given some pills and sent home. I had to go for tests every 3 weeks to check if any improvement were happening.

My weight was 42kg. My normal weight was 78kg. I could harldy walk, or stand, the pain was so intense. I got to a point where I could not even eat anymore but only take fluids from a inflamation in my neck.

The Sad things is doctors dont tell you what to do, they just send you off with pills and tell you to eat good foods. But what foods?

Well this was not good at all. I had a war to fight and no bullets for my guns.

Short from a long story.. I changed my diet and gained... this might be scarry for some of you... I gained 12.5kg in 2 weeks and I beat it in half the time people normaly do. I still continued the mediaction they gave me and only altered what I was eating.
(Did not skip on medication at all becuase it can come back 10x worse)

When I went for my checkups they always double check the scale, the doctors all had smilly faces when I went in after this.

So this is what I think, a diet section on this site. Where everyone can put down their Ideas of what to eat. I can add mine and we can argue the pros and cons untill we have a good diet inplace so people can follow at their own risk. Call it a SIS diet if u like.

Super Immune System to fight anything.

   The diet section sounds great.

I have been doing a lot of research into the ketogenic diet for cancer that I would like to post.

I think it would be great.
A lot of people dont know what to eat and if we all chip in we could build a super diet.

I have loads of Ideas

Example there must be lots of people who never even heard of
Stevia as a sugar replacement?
So comments on Stevia?
What is good and bad?
How long can you take Stevia?
How much sugar does you body need?
When is the best time to take it?
What can you take it with?

Simple this like this would go a mile.
Eventualy we could start building some good diets.
But with a strong waring.. Consult your doc , diet people before you start.

   Missed one.

If you have to take sugar what or the amounts per day and from what sugar source should you take, example from fruits perhaps?

   I found another artical about Stevia saying it could make you sterile.
Is there anything else one can use instead of stevia?
