"Juice Feasting"

Here's a great way to boost nutrition. Get 10+ servings of fruit/veggies daily, and you don't even need to purchase a juicer. Juicing rips open plant cells and allows much more effective/instantaneous absorption of nutrients, almost like getting it intravenously!

Soon after diagnosis, I got a Greenstar juicer recommended by Mercola and many others.

I used it a few times, but what an ordeal.

Because the juicer wouldn't accept but the smaller pieces, I had to run all the fruit and veg through the grater blade of my food processor. So now I had to disassemble and cleanup both the juicer and the food processor to get one glass of juice.

There is also the fiber/roughage output from juicing, which is not real evident how to use soon after juicing.

Finally, I decided that juicing with this top-line juicer wasn't worth the effort.

I now achieve what I'm sure is same results in one operation by making a veg or fruit drink in my blender. I let it run a bit long to have a better chance of breaking up the cells and releasing the juice, obtaining a very fine and drinkable liquid. Easy to had vinegar, olive oil, pepper, spices.

I challenge anybody to demonstrate that the juicer gives better health/therapeutic results than the blender. If a juicer is better, I bet it's only marginally better and not worth the logistics.
