Greetings All, I have made my own small effort to raise awareness of the potential of DCA and now I could use your help. In Feb. I contacted the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation in the hopes of creating interest in DCA. As you know they fund non-profit research into treatments for diseases that impact developing nations. I was hoping that because DCA has shown great promice as a front line cancer therapy and also due to it's low cost it may be considered a candidate for funding by the foundation. As DCA may provide a treatment for dollars a patient and improve the quality of life for cancer patients in developing nations it fit the mandate which funding proposals are given the nod. The Gates Foundation has very deep pockets but as I am a lone voice if others in the DCA community could contact the foundation through their website it may eventually filter through to a decision maker. Remember the mandate is medical research that benefits developing nations - DCA fits that bill - and the results would not only benefit developing nations but perhaps everyone if the clinical trials show promise.
