   Dr. Randy Pausch, in the end game with pancreatic cancer, delivers an inspirational "Last Lecture" to 400 students and faculty at Carnegie Mellon University.

I wondered that as well... but I'm sure he's flooded with well meaning people touting 'cures'. Maybe by writing the WSJ reporter, you might have a shot at getting through...
