Jim Tassano has been invited to be interviewed LIVE on 'The Rutherford Show'. It will be airing Monday morning from 9 til noon, AM630 CHED. I believe it is also picked up by several other stations across Canada. In light of recent newspaper articles in Edmonton, it should be a VERY lively show!

For any of you who listened, that was a terrific (but too short) interview. I'm so proud of my husband Chris, who was their first caller. I think he did a great job!
And it disgusts me the Dr. Michelakas could accuse Jim Tassano of trying to profit from cancer patients. What was HE doing, sitting on his study for TWO years, trying to get his precious patent while 200,000 Canadians DIED! He has blood on his hands!

I would add that certainly more than a million or so from the U.S. died in the time while this was being kept quiet. If nothing else, the scientists should present the public with a dosage, and tell about the side effects possible, and back to dosage, perhaps spread it throughout the day like the rats did. The halflife of dca in the body is short initially. So taking it throughout the day might assure a constant presence of dca in the system? Maybe dosage would need to be paired down after dca begins to build, would that be one month , two months, three months and dependent on amount taken?

Hi Prime, I checked the dosage issue with my pharmacist, who said 3 times a day is fine. If it is taken too often, the drug will not reach a high enough level to be effective. Over about 3 months the drug will become active for a longer time in the body, reaching and maintaining a half-life of about 7 hours.

Lets say we take a dose of 12 mg/Kg on a plan 5 days on 2 days of. If we take it once a day, the maximum concentration in blood goes up to 23 mg/Kg on day 4. Splitting the dose into 3, the maximum concentration goes to 19 mg/Kg at day 5, but we have a more uniform contribution.
I think that Jim Tassano considers that taking DCA once per day gives better results. If I am wrong, please correct me.

Dimitrisk,
You are reading posts that are a year old here. Much has been learned about DCA since then. I'm dosing once a day now. You can email me if you'd like. (Click the little envelope in the upper right corner).
