Well, here I am been pretty screwed up last few days weeks hours?? Mentaly but more physicaly....
I HAVE not been taking DCA OR supplements, went with no eating from last Tuesday to last night. Hubby bugged the crap outa me till I ate. I feel a bit better this am. Just haven't been able to eat. I have ongoing liver inflamation I can feel, this is probably where not eating coming in... neway ya, so here i am nk.

Yesterday I went to Ortho doc @ hospital for regular appointment. My ankle that I broke in 2 places in MARCH is STILL not healed. SURPRISE!! @ that time it was casted 2 months, off April end.... NOT healed, booked for surgery. End of May Carpal Tunnel surgery, then end of August they took me in had a 10 cm plate put into ankle with synthetic gop to fill gap in bones and 7 screws, 14 staples and 2 more months in a cast..... NO HEALING, so now ?? dunno, seems the lesser of the problems anyway YA> LOL

Elizabeth I rolled into Natropaths office, with ACDC screaming (THUNDERSTRUCK) Fell Out onto the tarmac LOL, they come runnin out, wot u doin Lizbeth? I was like DUDe......I neeeeeddd BbBBBBB---12 hurry, I'mmmmm meltinggggggg He HITs me with a doulbe shot and I lay there ON TARMAC, and am like ahhhhhhhhh B-12 Junkie LOL NOT kidding

tee hee OH the life I lead....

Well I'm doin wot today> Oh ya going to up the Vit C IV therapy to 50g
