   Thatīs a shame about the absence of a scale, the more accurate the better. But it should not matter if you dose always the same.

How about these small plastic spoons you sometimes get at theses Starbucks shows if you fill one of those and top it off with a knife, the dosage should be pretty much the same each and every time.

Just make sure you do not get in to dosing too much and creating those unwanted side effects.

About the mixing the powder with water, it might affect the throat when used frequently this way (as I understood from other posts).
