It's not clear to me, but why are so many decribing the dosage of DCA in the same way as other drugs, i.e. as if it is the dosage that works in killing the cancer? (the higher the dose, the more effective it is - ie toxicity to the cancr cell).

I would have thought that the critical dosage level is that at which the mitochondria can be 'switched back on', so that it can do its job and self destruct the cell?

As an engineer, I would liken this to how a conventonal transistor works; the transitor may have HT power and be earthed, but without a base current (very, very small) it can't switch on and do it's thing. DCA is the base current for mitochondria.
