"RE: Animal protein (meat and dairy) causes cancer" In response to message #0      My doctor gave me the book "The China Study" by Dr. Campbell and convinced me to stop drinking milk. I do have some reservations about it though -- I wish they would do a study involving only organically produced animal products, and especially organic raw milk. Raw milk and pasteurized milk are two very different products, the proteins are significantly changed in the pasteurization process.
