You don't need a prescription to order it. Here is a case study using it:

And if you can't get a doctor's help, you can go on www.youtube.com and search for "intramuscular injection" for videos on how to do the injection. There are nursing videos and military ones.

If DCA and oral artemisinin are working for you though, I'd just suggest you keep cycling between them.
