OR.97. Immunotherapy of Breast and Prostate  Cancer Patients with Gc Protein-Derived Macrophage Activating Factor, GcMAF or Its Cloned Derivative, GcMAFc

The paper reports the standard inforrmation about how GcMAF works, which is found in his other papers on breast, colon and prostate cancers.: He reports that 38 prostate and breast cancer patients injected with 100 nanograms of GcMAF intramuscularly, their tumors were eradicated in 16-25 weeks and they were tumor free for more than 8 years. Interestingly, he comments that intravenous administration of cloned GcMAF, called GcMAFc, caused the systemic cell counts of the activated macrophages to increase 220-fold in 2 days and that weekly intravenous administration of 100 nanograms of GcMAFc to these patients eradicated tumors in 11-16 weeks. All without side effects.

T.101. Treatment of HIV-Infected Patients with Gc Protein-Derived Macrophage Activating Factor (GcMAF) and Its Coned Derivative (GcMAFc) Eradicates HIV-Infection

Again, the standard introduction material found in Dr. Yamamoto's other papers. And like the above paper, the use of intravenous GcMAFc is reported. The systemic cell counts of the activated macrophages increased 220-fold in 2 days. They used a weekly intravenous administration of 100 ng GcMAFc to the HIV-infected patients and eradicated the infection in 8-13 weeks.
